The apartment had everything I needed and was true to the description and was accurate to the photos. Felt cozy with soft lighting, a comfortable bed, nice shower and blazingly fast Internet. Bank was easy to talk to, accommodating and responded to my questions quickly. The location was great as the BTS station was a 5 minute walk with easy access to the boat taxi a few stops away, the owl might market just two stops away and a short walk and easy links to central Bangkok. A seven eleven downstairs was extremely handy and there are a couple of shopping malls just a short walk away, as well as some nice restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Building staff were also very friendly. I didn't get to use the gym or pool so can't comment on the facilities as I had to cut my stay short due to the recent earthquake, for which Bank was very understanding and was happy to facilitate a refund for the remaining days, so I found the host to be very understanding and helpful. I went for the swimming and it didn't disappoint. Even when one pool was in repair for a week, there was still 2 other pools to use. I liked the views from the rooftop. Great way to spend an afternoon. It was a definite plus that there was a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. You pretty much find anything you might need during your stay. I can highly recommend.

Very happy and satisfied with my stay at Anucha's place. I was here for 2 months and it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The house is situated in a private guarded residential street in a very convenient spot next close to the security gate, so easy for taxis and grab orders to find. I found it very peaceful and helpful for my needs which was mainly staying indoors in comfort. The area is not easy to walk around to places so you will need to take taxis or have a vehicle to go to your closest supermarkets etc but it is not far by car. Anucha is an amazing host who checked in with all the time and helped me on many occasions. He is extremely responsive and friendly to help with anything you might need to know and to help get settled. Away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city of bangkok this is a great place in Nonthaburi with quick routes to all the places you would want to go in Bangkok area if you need. I would definitely stay again!
