The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten- wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuesten Stand wieder hergerichtet Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit alten & neuen Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

If you’re coming for a fair then you have a prime location here, as it only takes 10 minutes by public transport to the Messegelände.
