Amazing place and great service

My guests had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is nicely designed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment is very close to Messe München. Contact with the host was very pleasant. Everything worked out well and we will be happy to come again.

A super great place to stay. Excellent location. Communication with the host was super fast. Top modern and stalky furnishings. In terms of cleanliness, not to be exceeded. We felt very comfortable.

We recovered magnificently and were able to relax in Annika and Nicolai's apartment after the long hikes. We were there in January...and it was pleasantly quiet - I'm sure it's a little livelier in the summer;-)

We felt very comfortable in the bright and spacious apartment. We were not particularly appreciated: • The warmth of the landlords, • The cleanliness of the space, • the tasteful and functional furnishings, • The extensive amenities in the kitchen and bathroom as well as • the roof terrace belonging to the property. We would like to sincerely thank our hosts and will keep our stay in beautiful memory.

Verena is a very friendly and accommodating host. She always responded very quickly. The apartment is a little far from the center. It's a good idea to plan your rides in advance. Near Aldi, a bus stops that takes you to Grafing station. Upon arrival I took a taxi from Grafing station. The driver tried to charge me 18 euros instead of 8. You should look closely at your screen. The flat is very quiet. The vibe in it is appealing - there are pictures and photos with various positive messages. You should ventilate the room regularly. Aldi is very close by. About 10 minutes from the apartment there are several bakeries and restaurants.

We stayed with Dagmar and her husband for a short stay, both of whom are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is top furnished and the location is super, quiet, in nature and super connected to traffic.

Susanne's place is perfect for a quiet vacation. It is located in a beautiful area, with an excellent view. The apartment is prepared with everything you need to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I am very grateful to have this experience in Franz house. Everything we need is there and it's actually just 23min with car to the city center. I definitely would recommend it to my friends who really want to experience a comfort & daily life in Munich.

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. Perfect for attending Messe. Very close to the metro that goes from the city center to the expo. The place has everything needed to live multiple days. Very responsive host.

A wonderful temporary home – absolutely recommended! I was allowed to spend three weeks (Jan/Feb-2025) in this beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment – and it was perfect! Everything is well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. Especially the bed is a dream – you sleep like on clouds. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, the ambiance is stylish and welcoming. The location is ideal: quiet but central. I was able to park my car safely in the yard. A highlight was the host Andrea: always available, discreet and incredibly accommodating. Every inquiry was answered immediately, check-in was completely straightforward. I particularly appreciated her hospitality when my girlfriend visited me briefly. This apartment is perfect for short and long stays. I felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Full recommendation!

nice location, full of comforts. Large veranda. Too bad about the road nearby, not so much bothered, but that was stated in the information.

Very quiet and lovely flat, fully equipped kitchen and close to the train station. We had a wonderful time and Werner was a wonderful host!

The host, Robert, was really kind and helped us stay at the accommodation without any inconvenience. And there is also a bus stop right in front of the accommodation, so it was really convenient to get around, and the subway station is only a 5-minute walk away. He recommended coffee every morning and recommended nearby restaurants, so I had a good meal. If you're thinking about this place, I highly recommend it!

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

it is my pleasure to stay three nights at Monika's house where located in a quiet town and also easy to go to Messe. my room is pretty clean with a kitchen and garden. Monika and her husband are very nice people with good English. I will stay at their house again once I come to Munich.
