I had a nice stay here while I was taking a class at John C Campbell Folk School (less than 10 minutes away)! The place is small and simple but very sweet. Mayvis put a lot of thought into making sure I had everything I needed and checked in to be sure too. The bed was comfortable, I could get the temperature just right, it was nice and quiet - a nice place to relax after long days of classes. Definitely recommend checking out Julie's Place restaurant close by for good southern cooking.

This beautiful home is more like a private chalet, nestled in the picturesque Appalachian mountains. The back of the house looks eastward towards the great Smokies, and every morning the sun crests over the mountains, through the French doors of the master bedroom suite. Magical. Mike went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He has thought of everything as a host, and was always responsive.

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was an awesome one to start with. From check-in to check-out, we felt at home and finally had some peace from suburban life. Me and my partner loved the location as it's only a 15 minute drive from the nearest town and stores, while having the quietness and scenery of a rural house. The inside itself was clean and well presented, with a full kitchen ready for any cooking. Not to mention the bathroom is roomy for a tiny house, every room felt just right. We've considered coming back already!
