Cottage holiday rentals in Nashville

Loved our stay here! It was an amazing location, so walkable and cool neighborhood with lots going on. The hosts were amazing and so responsive, and really worked with me on checkin and checkout to accommodate our flight arrival and departure time. The beds are super comfy and the house felt like a home away from home. Would recommend highly and would come back!

Nice and close to downtown, beautiful historic cottage with a lovely garden path! Would love to come when it's not storm season to see the flowers in bloom. Clawfoot bathtub was really nice to soak in. Didn't make it to the hot tub bc we got back so late but our visit was great! Thank you so much!

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

We had a great time at the cottage - loved the hot tub, watching movies on the projector screen, and fresh eggs in the morning! Nice, peaceful reprieve after a day downtown. Host was very responsive!

My family and I had a fantastic stay. Shelby was very responsive. The place was just perfect for our family and super cute. We were close to the things that we wanted to do in Nashville. If we go to Nashville again we would definitely make this our choice.

We loved staying at this cozy garage apartment! The apartment itself was very cute and well organized. It had everything we needed to cook and have a satisfactory stay. The neighborhood was quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. It was nice to have a space to park right near the door to the apartment. Tracey was very kind and responsive to our needs, and even accommodated an early check in. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle, but be just a short drive away from downtown. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay at the Rose Cottage was perfect and cozy like staying at your Grandma’s house! Everything was close by within walking distance and Susan was very quick to respond anytime we needed anything. There’s also a smaller property in the back that is also super cute if a smaller space is needed. I would definitely stay here again !

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.

The cottage was as described. In a very quiet neighborhood. It was a great place to have a dog with the park across the street. David was very easy to community with. If I need to make this trip again. I would stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lewis Cottage. We came in town for a wedding. The place was easy to find and incredibly charming from the moment we pulled up. It felt cozy like we were home. The weather didn’t cooperate so we spent a lot of time inside. Aimee messaged us to tell us about local weather alerts and to make sure we were ok which we thought was extra thoughtful along with having every little thing we may have forgotten down to shampoo, which I did forget. From the scenery, the peacefulness, the coziness of the cottage, and our amazing hosts we absolutely loved everything about our stay and will be back for sure! We have to see it again with nice weather! Thank you Owen and Aimee for hosting us in this gem! This place is a must stay!

We loved staying at Open hands cottage. We sat in the porch and looked out at the beautiful surroundings and loved the gazebo in the backyard. It is a lovely place to stay.

We had an amazing stay over New Years! The house was so cozy and inviting. Adorable neighborhood - easy walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. We’ll be back soon!

Donna’s place was just fantastic. It is in a private area. It’s perfect for 2 people and a dog. Every decoration in the house was just perfect and thoughtful even down to many “doggie” watering stations inside and out. I believe we will probably make this our spring break destination. Donna was so responsive I could barely get out of the app and there she was with her response to any question I had. Looking forward to future stays. Thank you Donna!

Pam, thank you for such a wonderful stay. We loved your sweet, rustic cottage! I really appreciated all the vintage decor. It was just what we wanted-private & peaceful. We were touring downtown nashville, so this was the perfect place to stay outside of the city, away from all the craziness!

This was our second stay here and we will keep coming back. The bed is comfortable, it's clean, lots of thoughtful touches. Kim is super kind and communicative. 10/10 no notes.

The Little House was great! Nice neighborhood, large park across the street and location was perfect for our visit. The patio/yard was awesome for our dog and visiting with family.

Great location! far enough away from the nightlife of Broadway but a cheap Uber to get there if you wanted! The apartment was perfect for a party of 4. It was so clean, cute, and cozy! Only small complaint is there is no where to hang up towels after using them. A few hooks in the bathroom wall would be an easy fix! Overall we loved our stay here.

DeAnn was a fabulous host. Accommodating, with flexible check in and out. Procedures for clean up were straightforward. We loved the location, near Broadway and a lovely yoga studio. Uber pick up was easy and the house was gorgeous. Perfect for an extended weekend stay for 2 couples!
