Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay with Elle. It was a convenient location for our needs and Elle is a fantastic and friendly host. I appreciated her quick replies and excellent communication. She is a super host, and that made our stay even better.

This place was such a wonderful place to host a reunion! The lake view was so peaceful and the home supplied everything that we needed! I would definitely recommend this home for a stay.

Our family enjoyed Shannon’s place so much. This was one of the best places to stay near Nashville if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place. Shannon place is very specious, very large lot that gives you plain of privacy and comfort. We loved the water view even though it was too cold for us, I’m sure this would be great as well during the Summer time. I would highly recommend Shannon’s place and plan to return as well.

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

This place was great. Reasonable price for the location. Only 15 minute walk to Broadway. The unit was well kept, decorated nice and very clean. I loved the free parking!

We loved our stay and will definitely book again! It's our second visit to Nashville and this is the best location. The cute bars and world class brunch places are worth it alone! We loved everything about it abd slept like a dream!

Place is outstanding. In a great area with much to do and has great views. Host is responsive, provides great recommendations and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place.

Wade met me and let me in. Gave me a tour of the home with lots of local recommendations. Extremely helpful and super friendly. Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. The home exceeded my expectations...was clean...and the location was beautiful!

My family and I stayed in the cabin for a month and it just felt like home right away. Sad to leave, but will be back in the future. BEAUTIFUL log cabin, over 100 years old with original fireplace and wood burning stove. The decor and furniture is absolutely perfect, so kudos to the interior designer! The kitchen and wrap around porch are to die for. Having an extended stay, we were able to meet/befriend many of the staff members and they were all extremely kind and welcoming. Anytime we needed anything, they were right on top of it. Abby, Lillian, Ryan and Wade were especially helpful :) If you need an escape or just a quiet place to relax, this is your place 💯

This was the cutest and cleanest place I’ve ever stayes in Nashville perfect to ah g with your girlfriends. It’s so close to everything to Ubers were cheap too!! Would stay again!!!

This cozy cottage was beautiful and a relaxing get away even during the rainstorms. We had planned to fish and kayak and ended up much of the time indoors but this home is very comfortable. I would recommend asking about the downstairs second floor when booking. I missed that until we arrived and would have been nice to have the added wash/dreyer, additional bathrooms, bedrooms and sitting area for additional cost. That said we really enjoyed our stay! While didn’t get to catch any fish this trip we did see 30-40 deer in the yard each night. If you’re looking to get outside the city and near nature this place is a great find managed by very friendly and helpful owners.

Beautiful home and grounds. Adrian and Mitchell were amazing. If you’re looking for a secluded area, this isn’t that. The neighbors are very close but still a beautiful area!!! Recommend!

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.
