Tiny house holiday rentals in Nashville

The guest house is in a convenient location with easy access to shopping and food, which made things super convenient. It did rain quite a bit while I was there, and some water came in through the garage, but since the floor was cement, it was easy to clean up and didn’t cause any issues. Overall, a comfortable and nice place to stay!

Such a great stay! 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, and in a nice neighborhood. There’s a lot to do nearby, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Brigitte and Patrick's place was fantastic for a two night stay in Nashville. The location cannot be beat - walking distance to Vanderbilt, and a short Uber ride to downtown/Broadway and (a bit farther down) the airport, while being in a quiet part of down. The unit is as described, just like the pictures, and there are more than enough amenities to make the stay as comfortable as possible (lovely kitchenette, washer and dryer if needed, comfy chairs and sofa area, wonderful bed). And the hosts are great at communicating - they send along a detailed list that provides helpful guidance for the stay. Would happily stay again!

The house was everything that was described, and you couldn’t ask for more from a host. Absolutely loved the place and would book with them again any day!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we were so pleased! We are night shifters and hopped on a plane right after work so we were exhausted. Heather was very accommodating and was nice enough to let us check in early for a much needed nap (on that glorious mattress). The location is great; less than a 30 minute drive from both downtown nashville and franklin, and about a mile away from the famous loveless cafe. The cottage itself was charming and cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend taking a bath if you get a chance-the water gets so hot which is perfect! The room darkening shades were very effective and the heater/AC kick in real quick. We didn’t communicate with Heather much because everything was great and we didn’t run into any issues, but she was very responsive during the check in process and we knew she was a text away. We hope to come back to enjoy the beautiful property again!

Julian’s place was a perfect little place for me and my wife on our recent trip to Nashville. Had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a sweet backyard with deck where we hung out one sunny afternoon. Easy walking to record store, coffee shop, dinner, and new local honky tonk!

This was perfect for what we needed. I will stay here again as I visit East Nashville often!

Great place to stay. The neighborhood is fantastic and safe. Free parking was excellent and big enough for my huge truck. The alley is tight but still manageable for a bigger vehicle. Staying here is like staying in your own house in a residential area. It’s easily walkable to Carter’s vintage guitars one way, and to Vanderbilt in the opposite direction. The bed is incredibly comfortable and shower is great. Most Airbnb beds are really bad and I’m glad they put thought into the bed. The tv swivels out so you can watch it in bed if you want. Everything is thought out in this small but intentional space. HUGE bonus points to the small park that fills a couple of empty lots just a few houses down. Perfect if you have a little one. If had to critique anything at all I would say they could remove some of the extra blankets in some drawers so they could be utilized by guests. Only the top two drawers were open to use but it was plenty for the two of us.

Our stay was perfect 👌 beautiful and cozy. The bed was cozy, the blackout curtains were a plus, and instructions on how to operate water were simple! We had a great time and would come back ☺️

Inna was great, really good at communicating and was flexible to check and check out times which helped immensely during my stay. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in east Nashville. 5 stars all around!

If you plan to travel with yourself or someone else, I definitely recommend this treehouse. The view and stay was amazing. Very quiet and Private, felt amazing sitting outside at night by the fire. I would definitely recommend anyone here, especially if you want to visit downtown Nashville.

Sean was beyond hospitable, incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely attentive to every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and at home. He provided many recommendations which lived up to his word. His property is absolutely stunning, we enjoyed walking down by the beautiful river, swimming in the pool, sitting by a cozy fire, and simply relaxing under the warm sun or gazing at the vibrant stars at night. It was pure bliss. This stay gave us memories we’ll cherish for a very long time. We highly, highly recommend staying here, it’s truly something special, made even better by Sean’s exceptional hospitality.

Beautiful tiny home and location! It was the perfect space for our staycation. From the indoor decor, game like space in the garage, to the fully functional tiki hut and fishing pond… We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The Blansett’s were awesome hosts and very responsive when needed during the week we were there. Would definitely recommend and look forward to renting again in the future!

This was the perfect, private place to go for a retreat. The surroundings and views were absolutely perfect. Christie was so friendly and perfect, and her dogs are adorable!

My fiancé and I stayed at Mario and Liz’s ‘Urban Beach House’ for a few nights and it was perfect! Despite being a tiny home it felt quite spacious; the lofted bed allowed for quite a bit of room on the main floor. Great neighborhood, quiet but easy access to various spots we wanted to check out. We even walked down to the main honky tonk Broadway area from there! (2.5 miles but felt like a breeze). Bed was super comfy, and everything was clean and tidy (the kitchenette came in handy for us too). Mario and Liz were very responsive and friendly, and really helped us out on our first day by letting us check in early. All in all we really loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in town!

Anytime I am in Nashville I always try to stay at Tracey’s. She is extremely friendly, the home is perfect for my needs and very clean. Also the home is close to many attractions and great restaurants. Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful stay at truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in Nashville! We were traveling with my parents, spouse, and 3-year-old, and it was such a relief to find a one-night stay that was also family-friendly. The backyard play structure and other amenities was a huge hit after a long travel day, and inside we were happy to find games and toys that were fun and age-appropriate. The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked—with a full kitchen, plenty of cookware and dishes, a fully supplied bathroom with complimentary toiletries, extra linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their space comfortable for all guests. Even after a middle-of-the-night wake-up from tornado sirens (classic Tennessee!), we were able to settle back in and rest well. Huge thanks to the Randy & Diane we’d absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

Mike’s place was a nice get away from city life and just what we needed. We got to see wild turkeys and deer within the first day of staying there. Very unique and cute.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Mark’s place. The location was perfect and the home itself was spotless and matched the pictures. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville!
