Monthly Rentals in Navy Yard, Washington

I had a wonderful 3-month stay at this apartment! The space was clean and well-maintained, and the bed is very large and comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. The location was fantastic- situated in a quiet, safe, walkable area which was important to me as a solo woman. It is only about a 15 minute walk from Eastern market which is very convenient for groceries and shopping. I would highly recommend this place for a short or long-term stay in DC and would definitely stay again!

Dan’s place is greatly located very close to a metro station and within walkable distance from grocery stores. The airbnb has everything one could need and then some. Instructions were clear and Dan answered quickly to any doubt we had. Airbnb felt cozy and warm and had lot of entertainment for the whole family. Would recommend!
