Nice and quiet apartment. Worth to visit again.

Birgit is a super hostess. The apartment is a feel-good oasis for our employee. He immediately felt at home. Communication is on a very nice and familiar level. We will be happy to come back.

I contacted Michael in a desperate effort to find someplace to stay before getting on a transatlantic flight to attend to someone at the nearby military hospital. He got back to me immediately and even though he had given me prefect instructions to find a key by myself he welcomed me personally even though I arrived fiver hours late. The studio apartment continued along the same line of being exactly what it needed to be: Super clean, cozy, had everything one could need to be independent, strong wifi and perfectly quiet at night and also during the day. If you have any business at the University, the clinics or are simply visiting I highly recommend this accommodation.

The city center of Ulm was a 10-minute walk away.

We had a great stay! The hosts were super nice and accommodating. The apartment was just as pictured, very clean and we liked the two full game cabinets best 🙈

Quiet place within walking distance of downtown. The castle is also within half an hour walking distance. The bed was comfortable and we had fun with the jukebox too.

The apartment is really super nice – decorated with everything you need and a great base for excursions in the Swabian Alb. In the evening, even the evening sun shines right into the living room!

Bonita casa

Very spacious accommodation, very well located with small grocery store right next door. Possibility to take the dogs out nearby, a nice walk. Apartment full of small touches and super well-equipped. Christin welcomed us with smile and kindness. Recommended! Thank you, both of you. Thank you

Very nice apartment. We like fireplace, it was very worm. Beautiful view from windows. Many road to walk around. We did round trip 25km. Nice place to come and relax after weekly city routine.

Very nice place in a quiet area. Everything was clean and as described. The apartment is comfortable and convenient to reach, with parking in front of the house. Super recommended!

Our second stay at Eugen’s well-appointed apartment was a joy! The place is so bright and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Eugen, again, was a pleasure to communicate with. He responded quickly when we had a slight snafu with the electronic check-in which requires you to download an app and add some codes. We couldn’t make it work for some reason, but Eugen had a back-up plan and we just used regular old- fashioned keys during our stay. Check-out is 9am. Our train to the airport didn’t ľeave until 4pm and Eugen granted us 7 extra hours so that we weren’t shlepping our luggage around town for all those hours. I already miss the soothing church bells! I absolutely LOVE them. Thank you, Eugen, for a pleasant and memorable stay! We will come again.

Sandra and Tobias are great hosts! Made us feel right at home. The house is very luxurious/ comfortable with all the amenities required for a long stay. The garden is beautiful. They were proactive and responsive to all of our requests during the entire stay. We would come back again.

Mrs. and Mr. Gül are a very cute, understanding family. They carefully answered every question we asked. Mr. Gul knows Germany, the laws and the environment very well, and he had many valuable recommendations. The house was in extremely clean condition. Items are in brand new condition. Location is in a natural environment where you can walk among the sounds of birds. 25 minutes from Stuttgart Airport and 10 minutes from Göppingen. It's a place to relax away from everyone and yet very close to everywhere. It was worth every cent we spent on the house. If you want to make not only a homeowner but also a good friend, you can rent this place.

Beautiful place, decor is amazing and so cosy! Host is so lovely and helpful! Location is perfect it’s just a few mins walk from the Christmas market! Highly recommend!

Comfortable apartment in a good location for visiting Ulm, Legoland or Brenz Park. Very well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The nice lawn garden is a plus to play with the kids or have a beer. There is an Edeka supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Great place, super communicative host. Entrance is a little hard to find, you have to go up a little off the road. Everything is clearly and superbly described on the property.

Was with Matthias for 30 days. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
