Monthly Rentals in New Carrollton

I enjoyed staying. The home was very spotless and very clean. I heard very little noise from upstairs like little kids running around playing. I would recommend host to supply kitchen with a toaster appliance and a full body mirror in bedroom for dressing.

My visit was for work and vacation. I work in hospitality, and I am happy to share, this host and the house location was perfect! Centrally located to all major freeways and the metro. 10min drive to the metro and 20-30min to Smithsonian stop. I had the best sleep and rest than I have in months! I only stayed in the primary bedroom, but all of the beds seemed equally as comfortable, linens and pillows clean and fresh, towels the same and plenty of amenities. I have strict dietary needs, so the kitchen amenities are extremely important. The kitchen is well stocked. When I asked if there was a slow cooker on site, Shetal was quick with a response and shared there was not, however, she ordered one which arrived the next day. That was above and beyond! And so helpful (bonus for the next visitors!) She also was helpful in sharing the closest Whole Foods and Trader Joes (btw: only 15min and an easy drive or rideshare away!) I will be staying again when I am in the DC area!

Ojo’s place was so nice I booked another booking ahead of time. The room was clean, house was super quiet. He doesn’t bother you, his place smelled clean. The bed was warm and cozy, the lamp was so cute. The neighborhood you can walk through with no issues. I parked in the driveway to make it easy for me to get inside, he has Roku streaming, a nice kitchen set up too. His walkway was lit which was perfect because I headed to work at 5. Would recommend to everyone. 20 min from DC if you leave at 5 am like I do. He also answers his message quickly. Very nice gentleman.
