Monthly Rentals in New Salem

Our stay was wonderful. Betsy was great at communicating prior to our stay. Everything was set up for us, including a beautiful gift basket, including some snacks and toys for the younger children. The location is beautiful just outside of historic downtown Monroe. We would love to stay again, maybe during the spring and summer months.

Hands down the Rock is one of the most peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable BNBs we have stayed at yet. Our host was extremely accommodating and always responded to our messages in a timely and professional manner This property is comfortable, gorgeously adorned with furnishings, antique and current decorations, and quite a joy to cook and clean in! The Rock feels like home away from home, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

This is a beautiful old farmhouse with a long driveway lined with magnolia trees. Peaceful and quiet and everything in the house clean and nicely furnished with all that you need away from home.

This property helped me traveled back in my mind to my childhood in the woods. it was wonderfully relaxing and peaceful. If you need a reset in life or just need to slow down and reflect, this is a ideal place.
