Monthly Rentals in New Washoe City

We loved this place and it’s by far our favorite stay we’ve used! My hubby and I came here for a short business trip and it had everything we needed and more! Alynn was so kind and responsive throughout the whole stay! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Danielle’s place while in town visiting our adult daughter for the weekend. It was the perfect South Reno location and we appreciated the clear instructions and extra check ins about winter weather cautions. (They salted and plowed walkways for us for extra safety) The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the plush towels and soft linens. I especially appreciated the extra touches that made her place feel more like home such as the extra chunky warm throw blankets in the living room and bedroom, luxury bathroom spray, boxes of tissue, water filter in the refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, etc! We would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip!

So many good things to say about this place! First of all, Nancy & Tom are amazing hosts who are clearly thoughtful about their guest’s experience. The space is one of a kind, and ample with a large living room and bed room. The location is fascinating and historical, just a minute or two down the road from Virginia City. Great access to Tahoe from here, as well, about 45 minutes from Heavenly resort. I really enjoyed my time in the wild west! The converted saloon is unlike any other place you’ll stay. Definitely recommend.

Very quiet location. Never saw the tenant in the hiuse
