Amazing value for the money!

I stayed in Chip and Cathy's apartment for 3 months. Chip and Cathy are people with a very big heart! The accommodation is sumptuous and feels like home. The apartment is always very clean and Chip and Cathy were always there when I had a question. If you're on the fence about this place, don't hesitate, it's a real gem! Thanks again to Chip and Cathy for their hospitality.

Great stay! Would definitely book again. 3 train lines are a short walk away. Apartment felt safe and secure, clean, and comfortable. Bethany and Michael made themselves available if I needed anything, but gave me space and privacy. Very convenient to have a laundromat directly across the street. The vegan breakfast sandwich from Dolly’s (next to laundromat) is amazing.

I stayed with Tara for 2 months and had a wonderful stay. It was a great smooth transition into New York City. Tara is so helpful and kind. Very communicative. I felt very at home in the space. A quiet and tranquil home. And Bay Ridge is just a dream! Safe and family oriented. The location of Tara’s place is also so convenient with all you need just a minute or twos walk away.
