Monthly Rentals in Newbold on Avon

Had a lovely overnight stay at Beth’s apartment, it was exactly as seen and described in the listing! Lovely and clean, super comfortable bed, and a smart TV! Everything in the kitchen worked well so we had a lovely cooked meal! The only thing was that it was so cold without the heating but had to be mindful due to the heating system in place. Very minor though, we had a lovely time. Thank you Beth :)

What a lovely little barn! We only stayed for two nights but would have been comfortable for longer. The high vaulted ceilings are beautiful, feeling bigger than it is, and compared to the photos it is larger than expected ☺️ The kitchenette was perfect for cooking a meal for two, with a pint of milk left in the fridge on our arrival which was a very welcome touch considering our arrival was later than planned. The bathroom was spotless and the shower hot and great for a hair wash (iykyk). The bed was comfy and due to the surroundings, it was so peaceful I slept like a baby! Communication with Diana and Jeremy was great, and I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

A super little get away. The property is faultless, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Quality furnishings throughout and was spotlessly clean. Host was great even though we didn't see her during our stay. Communication prior to our stay was clear and with simple instructions, our questions were instantly answered too. Will return but will bring our dog next time.
