Monthly Rentals in Newfields

A last minute booking to meet with my sister traveling for work ended up with the most wonderful stay. The stay at word barn came with everything we needed plus surprise farm fresh eggs. The word barn hosts events and concerts and we were lucky enough to stumble into an evening performance that we could enjoy from our space as well as attend as guests of the hosts. What a treat! The word barn was pet friendly and Katie enjoyed the lower level area as she wasn’t brave enough to ascend the beautiful spiral stair addition. Chatting with the hosts and throughout the stay we really felt the hospitality was exceptional with VIP treatment.

This is our second time staying at Deb's place and we look forward to staying again. It's the perfect place for us to visit our daughter at UNH as well as explore the surrounding towns. The apartment is quiet and cozy. Thanks, Deb!

David was an excellent host! Responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. Loved the farmhouse, the location, and the experience. Would absolutely stay again.

The Carriage House was perfect for my week-long stay in Exeter, attractive, comfortable, and conveniently located. I took walks every morning, including along the lovely Swasey Parkway, and walked into town several times to browse and meet friends. Grocery stores are nearby, and it's a quick jump onto 101 to get anywhere you need to go in the state. The house, itself, was great, with a luxurious shower, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and extra pillows, and everything I needed to cook several full meals (pots and pans in good shape, scissors, olive oil, all the little things that make a kitchen truly useable). I will definitely seek the Carriage House out again on future trips to Exeter.
