Monthly Rentals in Newport, Jersey City

Jay and Roni were wonderful and attentive hosts when we found ourselves in between places with 3 furry friends. They are kind and helpful and their place was a life saver for us. We also enjoyed all the windows and natural light and the proximity to the city. Quick and easy commute. Also great coffee shop around the corner named Hidden Grounds with great hours for commuters.

I stayed here for the month of January. It’s in an apartment building, so lots of amenities for you: secure entrance, doorman, secure package room, cardio room, yoga studio, weight room, business center, lounge - and outside decks too cold to enjoy. A laundry facility also was in the building payable by a rechargeable card that Justin provided (you pay yourself, but the card was there). I had groceries and Amazon deliveries - never an issue. Carts are available for your use. Justin’s apartment is a studio with a big walk-in closet and big bathroom. The kitchen was good, along the entry hall wall. A bottled water system is also present. A small work desk with monitor and decent wifi. Wonderful bed. Everything was clean and spotless. When I contacted Justin, he was always friendly and responsive. Check-in / check-out couldn’t be easier! The view is stunning indeed! I am old school, so note there is no TV or coffee maker in the apartment. I improvised. I would definitely recommend.

Great location. Clean room. Equipped kitchen. I wish they cleaned the bathroom/shower more often though. I'd definitely come back here though.
