I offer my guests complimentary parking permits for one car in the surrounding streets, however spaces are limited, toiletries, kitchen basics, linens and super fast broadband.

There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, Relax by the fire and finish the day off in the Hot Tub that the property has to offer. It's 5 minute walk to the Cridford Pub, 8 miles from Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast, and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

Woodland Family Theme Park and Dartmouth Golf Club are less then 3 miles and Dartmoor National Park just 30 mins for further exploration.

Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.
