Apartment holiday rentals in Niederau

We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

The place was very convincing. The apartment was very clean, the location is perfect and communication worked without any problems. We would come back any time and thank you for the 14 great days!

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Christine was a helpful and friendly guest. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. We loved our stay.

Great stay and the host was incredible. We really enjoyed the location, proximity to the distillery and the slopes. Can definitely recommend this Airbnb to everyone who loves the mountains and/or skiing.

This is a very comfortable apartment which is extremely clean and modern. The showers are excellent and the choice of a luxury bath too. The views are phenomenal and a very close location to the Town. The washing machine and dryer are a massive help when travelling with kids. This was very good value for money. Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one.

A very lovingly furnished apartment. Silvia is a charming host. We were spoiled with homemade apple jelly, apples and pears from the beautiful garden. The view from the breakfast balcony is very relaxing and you will be pampered with sun.

It was a dream to be in. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers for skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for lounging with 5 people. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. The apartment is beautiful and wide and the view of the balcony is wonderful, calm and responsive to the very cleaner is beautiful There is a point of light in the housing that needs to be added As for the whole, the apartment is beautiful and ranked and everything is available in it

Had a very nice week with the family in this stay! For the children, everything from toys, board games to even a game console was also provided. Very complete cottage, nice kitchen, in a good location both on foot and on car. Fast and good communication with Nadia, she always responds quickly and kindly.

The place was very clean, spacious, and very close to the ski bus stop (5 min walk). Only two stops from the nearest cable car. It's possible to buy breakfast, but we didn't use it. The hotel has a very nice sauna included, ski room and large parking lot, so ideal. I would just like to point out the little things and the kitchen equipment. No test colander, knives, tea/coffee pot, bowls, corkscrew, pot lid, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, etc are available.

Very nice accommodation with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor white pool for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great ski holiday with a small ski resort directly in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding places. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We will definitely come again!

We enjoyed it very much !!! The toboggan run, shopping, skiing if needed is all right around the corner. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, easy to find, private parking and very easy check in. We would come back back 😊

This place is great! The hot tub really made our vacation - it’s totally private. A little hard to get to this airbnb via public transit. The bus comes once an hour and you have to change buses before you go into Innsbruck. Very doable though. Uber was very easy and good option. Gorgeous scenery. Host stays above you in the house, which was no problem. Very attentive in case you have questions. 10/10 would stay here again - the scenery and the tranquility were great! Very good value for what you pay.

Annette and Seppi are super friendly, respond quickly and very accommodating. The accommodation is lovingly and stylishly decorated - it has everything you need. We would like to highlight the wonderful area - a dream for hiking. Special thanks to the two hosts :). Thanks also to dear Tanja, for the excellent full body massage - and that in the same building :) We couldn't have imagined a better honeymoon trip 💖

This place was absolutely amazing! The views, the private sauna and private hot tub, the comfortable bed, the nice clean bathroom, even the decor. Everything was very well done and nicely put together. You will want to spend more time in this apartment than out of it with all of its amenities. Only negative is that the parking was difficult to find, and the instructions could be more helpful and specific. Hint: there is a restaurant on the left right before the entrance to the parking, which is up a small side street. Look closely for a sign on a tree (or post or building?) that says Inn Above. Also, this is a good place if you have a car, As it is a bit of a hike from downtown-- totally worth it for the amazing views you get. We can't wait to come back- one weekend wasn't long enough!

Hosts who are kind, hospitable and very helpful, both at check-in and during the entire stay. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were excellent and the AirBNB was clean and cozy. The Armin and Theresa go above and beyond to provide information about the best local spots for food/drink and any activities there are to do in the area. Additionally, they helped us immensely with transportation information as well. The hot tub and the mountainous views were an incredible and unique feature of the Airbnb and the welcome package was most appreciated after over 20hours of travel from Canada by Plane and Train. Thank you for being so kind and Hospitable, I would most certainly recommend this place and even come back again.
