Monthly Rentals in North Brother Island

It was a great stay, all according to the photos available, nearby subway station, I felt very comfortable in the apartment, super-equipped and new kitchen, really great for long stay. Ample apartment, comfortable I'll definitely stay there when I return to New York

stay went great, place looked as pictured and checkin and checkout went smoothly. place is roomy and worked great for my sister and I. overall the area is convenient to walk to and from bus stop or subway station with some nearby food spots and convenience stores, but good to use common sense late at night. Raymond was responsive and provided everything needed. There was a plumbing mishap near the beginning of the stay, and Raymond came out asap to take care of it which was extremely appreciated. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again if in NYC. also laundry machines were very convenient.

I had a great stay at Rawn's house, who is friendly and welcoming person. The neighborhood is quite quiet and close to the subway. A perfect place to discover NewYork, especially if you're a fan of music and rap history. I'd definitely come back!

Nice space, just an 8-minute walk to the 6 train at Hunts Point Avenue and a 14-minute walk to the 2 and 5 trains at Simpson Street. John and his wife were responsive hosts. The in-unit laundry in the basement was convenient. I stayed in the smallest room, so I suggest packing light.
