Monthly Rentals in North Hykeham

Thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. The converted barn had everything we needed, it was cosy and comfortable - especially the bed! Karen and Jim are fantastic hosts, helpful and accommodating. They provided a welcome pack (which was most appreciated) and a comprehensive list of places to visit with recommendations for restaurants and bars in and around Lincoln. We would definitely consider returning for another stay and would recommend it to others.

This place is incredible value and has so many nice little touches. We had everything we neded and more.

Terrific little find, if you enjoy going to sleep and waking up to the sound of nature this is the place for you. A stones throw from the A46 and Lincoln but you wouldn’t know, not a sound to be heard! Lovely little hamper left for our arrival, the wine certainly went down a treat. Will certainly be back again when we’re next in the neck of the woods!

We had a lovely two nights at Ian's lodge. The park it's located in is peaceful and well-maintained, and the lodge itself felt like a cosy home away from home. Everything was very clean and comfortable, with a thoughtful welcome pack and supplies provided in the fridge. Only a few minutes from a nature reserve and about 15-20 minutes from the centre of Lincoln, it's in an ideal location for exploring the city and local area, with all the benefits of being in the countryside. There's a lovely little lake on site, and despite being in quite close proximity to some main roads, you'd never know they were there! Ian was quick to respond to our queries and very friendly. We'd certainly recommend it and would love to stay there again - the kids didn't want to leave!
