Monthly Rentals in North Macksville

10 Jellico is a great pad. Stopped with my 3 pups for 1 night. Had a great stay, and actually would like to come back to Macksville to explore the area a bit more. Would recommend 10 Jellico to anyone wanting an amazing riverside escape.

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Such a lovely little shack. Very clean, bed was so comfortable. Cathy goes the extra mile and even supplied things for the bathroom like cotton buds ect. Check in was really easy and flexible. Will certainly return

Wonderful peaceful location. Train car was magical and exactly as described. Although we only had one night there, it was simply the best airbnb experience we have ever had. Highly recommended staying here!
