Everything was amazing the house was like the photos,a lot of toys for kids and books,5 min from the beach..Andzelika was very helpful and nice..

A wonderful property with a spectacular sea view! Very comfortable accommodation on a well-kept, quiet site. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the waves lapping the beach and the birds singing in the trees. We found some wonderful walking trails right from the site which gave us Nightingales and Turtle Doves - such awesome birds to hear. We cannot wait to return!

Just like staying in a family holiday home. Great kitchen-loads of everything. So close to the beach , it's magical. It's our second time at LH. Excellent but be warned it is a good walk to a pub and it's a drive to a convenience store. Be prepared and you can't go wrong!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at Church View. The bungalow was everything we wanted for a short stay during the end of October, very clean, warm and with a safe garden for our dog. Very peaceful location with plenty of walks not only in the countryside but also on the beach. Stargazing from the back garden was truly amazing! Thank you.

Very comfortable place with all the essentials. Especially loved the sun room. lovely place to relax and read. close enough to the Broads where you can do boat trips and got to take in a show on Cromer pier which was excellent! A beautiful sandy beach a 5 min walk away. Will definitely come back. The road to the house has pot holes but fine if you drive slowly. lovely area of the country.

This is a real beauty of a bungalow. The photos don't do it justice. The rooms are light,bright and airy, the garden is totally private and absolutely gorgeous and the views out the front are amazing. The bungalow is very well equipped and we didn't want for anything. We really didn't want to leave. Coupled with an excellent host who was very responsive to my messages, this place is a gem. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay and helpful host. Beautiful space, spotlessly clean and in a great location. We visited Wells, Sandringham, Hunstanton and Norfolk Lavender - all lovely places. We hope to return in the future , thank you Elaine.

This was our second stay with David, and as per last time the annexe was absolutely spotless, the kettle completely free of limescale and the cooker and amenities are also clean and fresh. it’s a bright area with lots of light, snacks and drinks for arrival and our own key to go in and out with the dog as we please, the bed is super comfy also. David and his wife are very friendly and responsive but respect our privacy and are not intrusive. It’s a short walk to the beach which we love. We will be back. Thankyou.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and would 💯 recommended. Spacious, comfortable accommodation in peaceful surroundings. We weren't able to ise the pool at the site as they only allowed 6 children at a time and we didn't prebook early enough. It didnt matter however as we went to a local leisure centre instead. Thank you Jean for a great stay.

Lovely couple of nights stay. Very helpful hosts. Beautiful house and surroundings. Made to feel very welcome along with the children and the dogs..

We had an absolutely amazing time here as our first holiday with 2 children and 2 dogs. Gila and Steve were really helpful and so lovely. The place is perfectly located, in walking distance to beaches, activities and woodland areas which are just beautiful. We will definitely be visiting again, everyone absolutely loved it. Thanks so much Gila and Steve! Maybe next time we can meet the lovely Charlie too.

The garden was perfect for the dog and the hot tub was a great addition! The house was very clean and comfortable. The local pub was also really nice, we recommend! We look forward to coming back soon.

We had a lovely stay. The annex was easy to get to with clear instructions for driving and convenient parking outside it. It was clean inside and nicely furnished with small details like provided shower gel and shampoo and a snack left in the kitchen for us.
