Monthly Rentals in North Park, San Diego

Derek’s place was just as described. It was very clean and cozy. While the bed was a little hard for my preference, the linens were super soft! The kitchen had great amenities to make cooking a meal possible without the need to stock a whole kitchen. We parked on Dwight and walked down the alley as our rental was too big for the space, but it was no big deal and I felt safe enough to walk by myself. We would stay again and recommend to others.

We loved our 10 day stay at the Casita! We will definitely book here again! Carrie was very friendly and attentive to our needs as well as updating us on any comings and goings there that might impact us. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is no problem. We especially loved the easy walking to Balboa Park and the restaurants/bars within blocks. Balboa is a real joy if you like walking, swimming and museums! Highly recommend…Thanks, Carrie

My wife and I stayed 5 nights on our vacation to San Diego in late January. We rented a car at the airport and had a short drive to the cottage. There was always a parking spot on the street, right in front of the house. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and accurate. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with a market and restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t use the private patio, but if it had been warmer, I’m sure we would have relaxed there every evening. We bumped into Jennifer a couple times upon returning from our days sightseeing. She and the dogs were quite nice. For the price, this cottage can’t be beat.

We stayed at Amy and Rene's place for one month because our house was up for sale. The place is located in the South Park neighbor. A very nice part of San Diego, three blocks from Balboa Park. Our dog was very happy. Three restaurants and a food store within blocks. The freeway is only one mile away. Lots of street parking. The place is a converted garage. They did an outstanding job of remodeling the place. Lots of storage. The kitchen appliances are very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Tons of towels and the bed was very comfortable. The backyard was completely inclosed in which made it convenient to let the dog out on her own. My wife and I have stayed in Airbnbs from California to Florida and I must say this was the nicest, most comfortable place we have stayed. Amy and Rene are very nice people and we enjoyed knowing them. This place was just as described. You can't go wrong staying here for one day or one month.
