Flat was absolutely flawless! Tastefully decorated, warm and thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. Host was very friendly, easy to reach, had great recommendations, gave us clear instructions on how to check in and out and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. Definitely recommend choosing Goodramgate for your next visit.

It a very beautiful apartment, the entrance to the property is really fun and inviting, it makes you want to see what else is there. Would highly recommend stopping here would really enjoy spending a week there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location that is right on the Main Street. Many pubs and restaurants right in front. Love all the quaint little shops to look at. The apartment is cosy. The master bedroom is huge & well furnished. The door of the downstairs toilet cannot close so we will ask someone to place a chair outside the door. The stairs leading to the apartment is steep so be careful whilst going up and down the stairs. Access to parking space is very tight through the archway so we parked at the Central Car Park a few minutes walk away Overall a good value for money.

A really perfect location, less than a ten minute walk to anything we wanted to do in York the second time staying with this host and can't fault them. Rooms are clean warm and as described, very cosy very much worth every penny.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend our daughter's graduation. The flat was perfect for our group of 4 adults and very well located for the university and for eating out in the evenings. Wish we had had more time to go to the Art Gallery and do some shopping as well! Would stay there again.

The apartment was lovely! Very stylish and comfortable. It was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the town. We had a great week and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay at 2 Rowntree House! Our host was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay and really went out of their way to help us however we needed. We found check-in to be really flexible which is rare to find! The accommodation was so spacious and airy, had a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere which was lovely after busy days exploring the city. I was so impressed of the cleanliness of the flat all around, everything felt so fresh and up to date. We’d absolutely come back, the location was spot on for what we wanted with lovely pubs nearby and a stones throw from all attractions in the city it couldn’t have been easier to get around. All in all a lovely accommodation and a lovely host, couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you for having us!

This studio flat is lovely and well-equipped, the location is also great for grocery shopping and going to the city centre. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very cozy and welcoming. We had a lovely stay there. The view from the apartment was beautiful and it is a short walk over a bridge into the heart of York. There was a booklet of information and tips about the apartment, appliances and the local area. We also enjoyed the reclining chairs after long days on our feet! The apartment was well set up and we felt very well taken care of. The lift was very handy for my mother, who has limited mobility. We had a lovely experience in the apartment and would heartily recommend it.
