John was a wonderful host. He checked in with travel recommendations and greeted us upon arrival to ensure our check in was smooth. The place is as listed. It is a small studio with the basics and met our needs. It is on a busy street but still a safe walk to the beach. There is a lot to do in the area and it was a good launching point for lots of activities.

Tranquility Base…surely lived up to its name. So comfortable, so charming we felt like a part of the forest. The whole place had so much personality we felt right at home Magical and enchanting getaway Highly recommended We’ll be back

We had such an amazing time here, you can really tell the owners put a lot of care into making this place a home away from home. Had everything we needed and more. Coming from a three day backpacking trip in Yosemite this was a much needed break. Breakfast and relaxing on the deck in the sun by the water listening to the birds, we were even surprised by 5 or 6 deer in the front yard the last morning, it was awesome. The house was very nice, had enough space for myself and eight friends, ample towels and bedding, all the cookware and supplies you could ask for, AC and heaters, they even had three boats we used to go fishing for a few hours in the morning. The lake was awesome, the ONLY negative here is the $50 entrance fee to the Pine Mountain Lake neighborhood. They do have amenities in PML that help make that worth it and the pass is for 7 days, but we didn’t have time to go check those out, oh well. Altogether this place was unforgettable and my friends and I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful cabin, great location, well appointed, clean. Cozy and warm, this place was perfect for our little family getaway to play in the snow. The extra touches like plenty of board games, books, little soaps, quilts, and firewood elevate the experience. Host was very responsive and friendly. We didn't have any issues during our stay and had a perfect weekend. Highly recommend!

You can't beat staying in the Park! It's centrally located to the Valley and Mariposa Grove. The best part was the view from the balcony. Even saw two deer. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. Loft access is a ladder (child gate provided). Both floors have balconies. Strong wifi. Watch out for spiders. The main microwave and stove fan does not work, but there's a smaller microwave on the counter. Bonus: there's a rice cooker!! Tips: No cell service (Verizon). Copy the Wi-Fi code ahead of time in case you can't get in upon arrival. That way you'll have internet by porch to ask for help. We had to drive up to the mailboxes to call/text cuz code didn't work. Only shower towels are provided, so bring hand and face towels and shampoo & conditioner. Bring cooking oil or spray. Shower 1: knob was kinda tricky for hot water. Half of us couldn't figure it out and needed help - mom (me) to the rescue! Family of 7 loved our stay! (Dad, Mom, Gma, 4 Children (3 adults, 1 HS)

This river cottage was amazing! Quintessential Sonoma county living. We had a great time relaxing by the river and enjoying all healdsburg has to offer. The house was well appointed, all of the furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was great for working remote. We wished the windows upstairs had real screens, but the curtains helped let us get some air in at night. Hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was spacious and perfect for a family getaway. Stunning views of the lake and trees made every morning feel magical. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The hot tub was clean and hot, the pool table was a fun bonus, and the whole place had a cozy, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend for families or groups!

Everything was great! Place has unique climate and it is very cozy. Sara and Tony was responding very quickly and helped us with everything. Place looks so much better than in the pictures :) We really recommend this house!

This is a lovely place with such historic charm. Truly a gem in Modesto and really cool design that needs to be kept up. There are somethings that need to be attended to, and I’m confident they will make changes noted to them. I rented it the night before for the next day so I know that played a role and at the same time, if it’s available then it should be ready. We didn’t get to utilize all the things shared as cool features as they weren’t working. Overall, I would stay again on the premise that certain things are fixed as it’s a beautiful home near my family.

Beautiful cabin location for my family trip during the holidays. It was nestled among a creek and woods and it was very peaceful and cozy. Would love to come back in the summer and go kayaking. It was unfortunately raining hard during our stay but we had much to do inside with games, a fireplace and going into downtown to visit the numerous cute shops. Overall loved our stay!

My family and I had a great time spending a relaxing weekend amongst the Idyllwild trees. The cabin aesthetic and decore was beautiful, it felt luxurious yet still had a very homey feeling. We really enjoyed the record player as our background sound while we conversated and played card games, I really really liked that touch. There are sooooo many records to chose from. The views were beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Erica was very quick to respond to any questions and very easy to communicate with. I had many friends and family asking where this cabin was wanting to book for themselves. I would definitely recommend to others. One of my favorite cabins I've stayed at.

Beautiful little treetop cabin. The place was immaculate and smelled amazing when I walked in. The host was super quick to respond to my questions prior to booking, and was always friendly. My dog loved being up amongst the canopy of trees, sniffing at squirrels and birds. The balcony isn’t completely enclosed (which I knew before booking), but something to know if you have small/roaming pups. The steps are steep & uneven (which is clearly mentioned in the description), so keep that in mind if you have an older pup with you. Loved the wood burning stove too. Was a lovely get away and would definitely recommend!

It is a beautiful cabin, thank you for hosting my family. This was my daughter's first time to the mountains. It was an amazing experience for the kids! This was a much needed getaway for my family and I. Would love to come back again!!

I cannot emphasize enough how much we loved staying here! Gorgeous house, gorgeous city, and the nicest host! Walking distance into town (with lots of great restaurants and fun shops) and super close to hiking trails. Had a great time staying in as well (the house is home to some really great records!). Highly recommend and will definitely be back(:

We had a wonderful stay. The outdoor space and views were even better than the photos. You could clearly see the lake in the distance, which I don’t believe was included in the description. Everything was beautiful and completely clean and spotless. We had no problems backing our large car into the driveway. There was even a dartboard to play which was a fun surprise. Before arrival Kevin provided a detailed list of instructions and how to use the amenities so we didn’t have a single question once we arrived. it’s very short drive to big bear village. There’s also newer built area where you can get donuts/sandwiches (Dunk Donuts) and coffee maybe 5 minutes drive away. Definitely one of our favorite experiences in big bear yet.

It’s a treehouse, so it's more about charm and adventure than luxury. That said, the kids absolutely loved it and had a blast! We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere—it was a lovely escape.

Shane and Craig’s home is truly a phenomenal oasis in the middle of the redwoods. The multi-level property offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest while also offering every amenity (highly functional and well-designed kitchen, homey living space, two separate sleeping areas, hot tub and lounge chairs with views of the surrounding forest) one would need for a restful vacation. The town of Guerneville is only 5 minutes away with access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, wine tasting rooms, and the Russian River. Highly recommend as a couples’ getaway or family/friends’ trip.

My 6-year-old daughter requested we stay in a treehouse (with access to a pool) during her spring break, and this place did not disappoint. It was such a cozy world with perfect amenities you'd need (TV, fridge, temperature control) and access to a hot tub and pool. We had such an amazing stay and made memories for life!

This is an absolute, hands down, the most peaceful place we’ve ever been! Bethany and Jeff have put their heart and soul into building this place. They have paid attention to every small detail and have made it very special for their guests. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and Bethany made it even more special by putting up the Happy Birthday sign and a champagne! The views, the wind chime, fire pit, cute little kitchen and bedroom - everything was simply incredible! We loved the outdoors shower, it just made everything even more special. Thank you Bethany, we will be back soon ❤️!

Beautiful place surrounded by nature. The view from the cabin is impeccable with no other structures visible all the way around. You may want to bring insect repellent if you are susceptible to bites. Although, I noticed that mosquitoes had a very narrow window when they were active before dusk. The hosts make you feels at home and are super friendly.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect space for a few day getaway. We even got a surprise visit from one of the cats which lives on the property one morning which was lovely. Will definitely be back!

Karen and Will's place was truly the most amazing airbnb we've stayed at. It was built from the ground up by them (You can see how much work was put into building the home in a book they provide)!!! They put so much thought into every piece in the home. It was such a peaceful weekend and hope to stay here again soon! 10/10 recommend!!!

The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly. The cabin was very nice and had pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. Getting to the location was a little confusing, had to make a u-turn up the street to get up Stonehill, but once we got the hang of it it wasn’t a big deal. Having the dog run and enclosed patio made it really easy to take our dog out for potty breaks. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
