Quiet location and great to explore Amble and the surrounding areas. No issues with on street parking and we always found a space to park.

We loved loved loved this place! Hoping to come back soon. The house was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 kids). The kids loved the enclosed garden, the toys and games around the place. I loved the utility room (I know 🤦‍♀️😂), the living room space, the en-suite and the kitchen/dining space. I also really loved the location, we walked to the beach and the park each day. The whole estate was quiet and friendly. Gary was proactive in giving great (free) ideas of what we could do when the weather changed. He was friendly and helpful without interrupting our holiday. I cannot put into words how much we loved the house. There were so many lovely touches round the house (like automatic lights on the stairs) which made the house exciting to the kids. We loved this property and would definitely book it again!

Amanda was a lovely host. She was very responsive and helpful when we messaged. The house is deceptively big and there's plenty of room to chill and get ready for busy days. It is very well stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment for if you decide to cook at home. The beds are all doubles and they're very comfy with tonnes of blankets to keep extra cosy if you like! The area is nice with a big beach. We did find that there isn't a great lot to do, so we found ourselves driving quite a lot but if you're a walker, it would be perfect with all the coastal paths. Diamond pizza is a fab place to get a quick bite after a long day so we would definitely recommend there if you're a fan of a mucky tea! If you're wanting to explore the Northumberland coast and find yourself in Bamburgh, we would definitely recommend Creel and Reel seafood trailer for som delicious locally sourced seafood! All in all we have had a wonderful stay with our dogs and found Amanda's place the perfect getaway!

We've been to this part of the world a few times, and it's nice to have somewhere quiet, comfortable and homely to return after a busy day of exploration. Close enough to the centre of Amble for shops, restaurants etc., but also a bit apart for the peace and quiet you visit Northumberland for. We'd 100% return here.

Very comfortable, clean accommodation. Comfortable beds. Quiet street in town centre. 10-15 minutes walk from train station . Hosts responded to enquiries promptly and were very helpful.

Comfortable flat within easy walk of Ouseburn, Quayside and Byker Metro Great view of Tyne. Flat was spotless and Clive was a very responsive host Would recommend

Dawn is a lovely host with a beautiful, warm, cosy and clean home. The garden and pets are just adorable. We had a wonderful break and made good use of the pool. There are so many castles and beautiful gardens located a short drive away. Great place for families. I will be recommending this flat and hosts to my friends.

Dean's apartment was clean, comfy and just as described. The location was perfect for us visiting relatives in the area. The metro is a short walk which gave easy access to the city centre. We would recommend Dean's apartment.

We had a really wonderful few days at this flat in Seahouses. Our was perfectly situated less than 5mins walk from the harbour and the centre of the village. Easy walk to the nearest Co-op too. The flat was ready clean and perfect for what we needed. My daughter loved the bunkbeds! The whole flat was really lovely, comfortable and well looked after. I hope we can go back sometime to explore more of this gorgeous coastline. If we do, we'll definitely be staying here again!

Keith's Place is an excellent location, plenty to do lots of places to eat & drink. very helpful throughout our stay and we were very surprised when we arrived to find that Breakfast Foods were left for us and a bottle of wine which was very unexpected. Thanks for a nice stay, would highly recommend Keith's Place 🙂

Another fantastic stay! Great host with clear communication. Perfect location to explore Northumberland. Comfortable and clean with added extras like milk, bread, jams and biscuits which were really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Great comms from the host. Its worth noting that the property has many stairs, should that pose an issue for your booking. That being said, the property and the surroundings were superb We will return next year

We had the most wonderful memorable stay at Leaholme cottages. Lynn was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond helping with our requests for extras in the cottage . We were so grateful to check in early too. The cottage is beautiful, tastefully decorated but so welcoming, spotless and homely. Location was fantastic, we would recommend this beautiful pad to all our friends and family and will definitely be back, we thoroughy recommend. Thank you Lynn

Fabulous place for peace and quiet. So close to the beach for walks with the dogs. Everywhere we walked to was really catered for dogs. Some great places to walk to on the beach. Accomodation warm and cosy just as described, host made you feel at home with nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

The apartment is in a very good location with convenience stores, restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep. The apartment was also very clean and spacious and surprisingly quiet given its location under the Tyne Bridge and with all the bars nearby. It is an easy walk up into the town so would definitely recommend for a stay in Newcastle. A shout-out for the little cafe literally opposite the apartment called Quay Ingredient run by a lovely lady who provides delicious breakfasts and brunches.

This is very good accommodation in a lovely little seaside town. We didn't know the area that well and were trying to pick a good place as a base for a long weekend visit. It turned out to be a very good choice. Inside, the accommodation was in good order, pleasant to be in, and just what we wanted. We had no trouble at all with on-street parking near the accommodation which isn't always the case in some places. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We would recommend La Familia Italian restaurant. We also bought some first rate meat at the local butchers. In the guide for guests inside the accommodation it mentioned sea trips to see Puffins at a nearby island. We went on a trip which was excellent. It also saved us a planned journey to Seahouses up the coast for a similar trip, which could not have been any better. Overall we would definitely stay here again. There is so much to see an do within just a few miles, and some of it within walking distance.

Great location with lots or restaurants and cafes within a 5 min walk, with Gosforths busy high street at the end of the Avenue. Good transport links with lots of buses into the city centre and two Metro stations within a 10 min walk, opening up access to the whole of the North East. The flat is warm and comfortable and well equipped, and will be where we stay whenever we visit Newcastle in future. Thank you Cat for a perfect week.

We had a great 3 night stay, to celebrate a late Christmas with my parents who live in Blyth. The apartment is gorgous, so well decorated and furnished. There was a lovely Christmas tree to greet us too. We arrived around 9.30 pm, found the key in the front lockbox and unloaded up the front stairs. Overall its a great place to stay, the only thing that would stop us staying again is our elderly dog (he's 15) is a bit too doddery for the stairs. The baby gate was a great feature, and meant we had no worries about him going down on his own. The internal stairs lead to the front door just over the road from an amazing park which was perfect for the dogs. Kids would love it too, I grew up in Blyth, such happy memories of Ridley Park!
