Holiday rentals with beach access in Norwich

Laura’s place is perfect for a few days in Southwold. It is very well presented and spacious (more so than the photos suggest) and is in a prime location for exploring the town with only a few mins walk to the front and the high street. Laura was very flexible and responsive as a host too which was hugely appreciated. There were a couple of minor discrepancies in terms of the description and some of the kitchen items but they wouldn’t deter us from recommending or returning. It is a great place to stay.

Hilary is a wonderful host and her communication was brilliant. The apartment is amazing in every way and you couldn't beat the location and views. Everything you could need is provided, plus extra personal touches which make guests feel valued. We would love to come back. Thank you Hilary.

Jody was flexible kind and I loved her can do attitude. She accommodated all our needs and it made for a great stay. We particularly loved exploring which made it easy with all the information left out for us. At a time we needed to feel really looked after we felt Jody was exceptional. We will certainly come back!

It's our second time visiting this flat. we loved how comfy the beds are and the soft linens, clean well equipped kitchen. all set up for us and it was even ready for an earlier check in too! We loved it and would totally recommend to others. (and be back ourselves) The location is exactly what we wanted, very central but not noisy at all. Beautiful, light and spacious. Thanks Paul!

Really lovely listing in Cromer, perfect location right by the sea! Kate was a super helpful and responsive host. The space was spotless and the bedroom in particular was lovely ! Kate did advertise that the bathroom had no shower, so we were aware of that going into the space. However, it’s a bit tricky if what you want is a quick and easy shower. Only snag is to be mindful of the short bathroom / bedroom entrances - my partner (6 foot) kept bumping his head going between the bedroom and bathroom, especially at night.

stayed here for the night before my wedding. Was such a nice and relaxing place. everything felt like home and the little touches made it more brilliant. Ian was very helpful and made out stay so easy

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

We’re just back from a wonderful weekend at Sarah’s. The house itself is clean and cosy, good hot shower and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed Sarah’s treats she had made also. The location of the house is perfect. Southwold is a pretty compact place and everything was walkable from Sarah’s including to the beach. The beach hut was a great bonus and we enjoyed two sunny days there, having a glass of wine and watching the world go by - it was so lovely. I’d highly recommend Sarah’s- we hope to be back!! Absolutely perfect location to celebrate a 70th Birthday weekend with family. Property had everything required and the hosts really had thought of everything. Would definitely visit again.

Just returned from a 4 night New Year break with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We had a very enjoyable time. The location of the property was fantastic, very central and everything in 5/10 min walking distance. The property itself was spot on, plenty of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and it was lovely that the Xmas decorations were still up! Kathryn was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She also made us aware of a few minor problems beforehand that really didn’t impact us at all but it was great to have that info upfront. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Cromer.

This is such a lovely house - we had a wonderful stay. The house is five minutes from the pier and beach, and ten minutes walking to some friendly pubs, bakeries and fish and chips. The house is very stylish and very comfortable. We all slept well and enjoyed evenings watching TV after long beach walks. The house has a lovely patio which can be accessed through amazing large patio doors, bringing the outside into the house. Lovely! Emma is an amazing host - she sent over some fab local recommendations and was extremely responsive throughout the booking process. There was also a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us. We highly recommend Emma’s house, and we will book again.

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

We had a wonderful weekend at Laura’s place. The guidebook was really helpful for recommendations, as none of us had visited the area before. Beautiful beach and Cromer had such a nice holiday feel. The house had everything we needed and we could easily relax together, as five adults. All the amenities to cook, although we mostly took advantage of the local takeaway options including fish and chips and great Thai food.

We love this apartment for it's proximity to everything, whether it's sea, cliff walks, cafes and restaurants and shops. The dual aspect light, and sea views are fantastic. There are also great views over the town. Sheringham really has everything and the apartment is a very comfortable space to enjoy it.

A beautiful, comfortable, spacious flat in a fantastically convenient location. You can sit at the window in the kitchen diner and watch the steam trains and see the sea. The High Street, beach, museum, children's playground and a large Tesco are all within a few minutes' walk. Hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Depending on the make-up of your party, you might want to consider that the two bedrooms are separated by quite a long corridor and a few steps. This did not cause us any problem, but others might find it an issue.

Beautiful apartment, looked even better in person than in the photos. Extremely well equipped for a family of all ages (including our 1 year old). Very convenient for sea and Cromer centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic stay. Beautiful self contained apartment right in the centre of Cromer. Every utensil possible available, all kitchen facilities working perfectly. Very comfortable two bedroom sofa. Slept very well all 3 nights. Amazing information pack with everything you possibly need to know during your stay. Emma was extremely friendly and kind and was only a text away. Can not fault a single thing, was lovely and warm, very cosy and we felt right at home. Will definitely be recommending Emma’s place and will certainly be returning ourselves. Thank you so much for your beautiful hospitality and allowing us to stay in this beautiful apartment.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

we arrived early into Cromer and Matthews couldn't have been better! got the place ready to go for when we arrived. the terns tales apartment was home away from home, spotless and always had a cozy warm feeling! The area couldnt have been better, right near the station and right near the seafront. Matthew gave us some great recommendations that we took on board and made our stay even better! 10/10 can't wait to visit again

we love it here and have been lucky enough to come here a couple of times now. this will forever be our favourite place to stay in Winterton (or anywhere!) it's immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, perfect for my small dogs, Elaine is absolutely fabulous and very welcoming and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend Sea Mist enough. We had the best weekend again.

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
