Walnut Tree House B&B near Norwich

Fascinating 18th century Norfolk Farmhouse, not on an active farm any more and only 20 minutes from Norwich, the UEA and Norfolk & Norwich Teaching Hospital. It contains most of the original features, including oak beams and windows and an inglenook fireplace. It is filled with arts and curios from around the world. Off-road parking. There are two delightful bedrooms with south-facing views over the garden. One room has a double bed and the other twins or a super-king.. BOTH OF THESE ROOMS SHARE A PRIVATE BATHROOM SO WE ONLY LET THEM TOGETHER FOR FAMILIES OR CLOSE FRIENDS. FOR THOSE WANTING ONE ROOM ONLY THE BATHROOM IS FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE. There is a wash-hand-basin in each bed room. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided in your room. The sitting room for guests’ use is large but very cosy with wood-burning stove set in an inglenook fireplace. An HD widescreen television is provided.. WiFi is available and access to a pc will be given if you do not have a laptop or tablet with you. A wide range of books and magazines is available combined with a variety of games and puzzles. A study area is available with those with work to do! Breakfast is a delight with a choice of full English or specialities such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Continental breakfast consists of fresh fruit, yogurts, toast, croissants etc served with home made preserves including Mulberry Jam [from our own tree in the garden] A vegetarian option is always available. We source all ingredients locally as much as possible as Norfolk is renowned for its agricultural produce. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements - we can cater for all diets. North Tuddenham is situated in the heart of Norfolk, surrounded by farmland and country lanes but still close to the celebrated North Norfolk Coast and the fine City of Norwich (13 miles) one of England’s great medieval cities. Guided tours of Norfolk and Norwich are available on a pre-booked basis and can be designed to suit individual guests’ interests.

In the Heart of Town, our Victorian house offers a comfortable, good value stay in friendly and quiet surroundings. No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. Barn and stable buildings for a rural stay

We would love to welcome you to our quiet little spot in Suffolk and hope you would like to come and enjoy some time here with us. Over the pandemic many changes have taken place and through various circumstances we are now looking to hire out our beautiful barn and bedroom buildings as a self contained unit rather than bed and breakfast accommodation. This does mean that the current set up is a little unique but we hope we can provide guests with a spot to get away and enjoy.

Tucked in the middle of the countryside but Sandy Beaches are a short drive away. The Red Barn is situated in the characterful and tranquil village of Foulsham in the heart of North Norfolk. Converted to a family home in 2005, it boasts a spacious 36 square metre guest suite with en-suite facilities and private access which we offer as bed & breakfast accommodation. With timber beams and vaulted ceiling, the suite opens onto the attractive courtyard garden. Breakfast is served in the main house or, weather permitting, in the courtyard.

Plenty of space for walking boots and outdoor wear. Parking on small driveway in front of garage. Price included set continental breakfast, Tassimo coffee machine. Gluten and Dairy free friendly

King of Spades - Double with Ensuite and Kitchen

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.

Spacious double room in Holton

A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.
