Clean place and great host

The house was nice and cozy. Really enjoyed the stay. The only issue was the road leading to the house but that out of the owners control. Would stay again!

For a single traveler without complicated needs, this is a great place. Everything is modern and well arranged and the hosts do their job well. My favorite feature was parking. You have your own dedicated gravel driveway, and the walk from car to your private entrance is closer than any motel I've ever seen. The only cautions are if you need space to spread out (not a ton here), if you need a full-fledged kitchen (just mini-fridge+freezer, microwave, coffee/tea options, and snacks for sale), or if you're highly sensitive to dog/kid noises (but they didn't bother me, and never happened after hours). If none apply to you, then it's just a matter if you decide it's a good deal for the money, because the hosts sure won't sell you short.

This was my first ever AIRBNB experience. I must say, I was extremely pleased! Comfortable bed, and the host, Felicia, was very prompt with communication. I stayed 6 nights and paid only a fraction of what a hotel would cost! Literally, only about 1/3 of the cost! Quiet area, close to everything. Check in/out was a breeze! I come to Georgia 3 or 4 times a year to see my family. This will be my go-to BNB from now on 😊 My boys enjoyed the basketball goal and made buddies with a neighbor. Thanks so much! 5 stars!
