Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Sägemühle Eschachthal Whg. Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into slumber for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved in particular by the reconditioned visible beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900m, so the climate is a bit harsher, but still very sunny in summer. Especially the location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer.

Lovely flat. Bright and quiet. Ideal for 2 to 3.

Large apartment (74 m2) on the outskirts of Appenzell. Maximum 3 persons. Minimum stay 2 nights. Own parking space. Own entrance. Private balcony. 10 minutes' walk from the train station. 12-minute walk to the village. 15 minutes by car or train to the mountains. 2 bikes (size M) incl. Child seat and helmets are provided free of charge, as well as strollers, hiking poles, backpacks, snowshoes and sledges (see photos). We've hosted since May 2022.

Welcome to the beautiful city of Memmingen. Our apartment is in the best location, in the middle of the city center. The main train station with direct access to the airport is just 3 min walking distance. In the immediate vicinity is the pedestrian zone with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfect for trips to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

A small apartment (about 15 square meters) for 1-2 people above Imst. A terrace is available for personal use via separate access. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path, which can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes High-Imst with numerous leisure activities (cable cars, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached in about 5 - 7 minutes.
