A little piece of heaven! The cutest little cabin right next to the river. Loved having our morning coffee on the deck watching all the little birds around us and a log fire in the evening. Very dog friendly as well!

We stayed over Christmas 2024 with our adult children and our granddaughter. Ivy House is beautifully presented, well designed and appointed. It is well heated for winter and bonus wood burners added to the festive atmosphere! Keren also very kindly left us a beautiful Christmas tree to enjoy. The house is a delight to stay in and the rural surrounds quiet and peaceful with lovely walks to enjoy. We highly recommend a stay in Ivy House.

Alison’s place was cosy and quaint. Alison herself was very friendly and greeted us on check-in. We would have loved to have stayed longer! Thanks Alison

We enjoyed our stay at Lucy’s lovely cottage. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, dog friendly, and in a very peaceful location. Close to good food and take aways in Helmsley and Thirsk, but the cottage had great facilities had we wanted to cook. Really lovely welcome with cake, bread, butter and milk; great communication from Lucy throughout. Hope to visit again soon.
