Where to even begin with this absolute hidden gem… 🌟 The cottage was cozy, clean and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The attention to detail was amazing, with great books, picnic equipment and even a folder with local food and excursion recommendations. It is a 30 second walk from the beautiful Qantab beach. Our Host, Regula, was incredibly warm and friendly, very responsive and happy to help at all times 💓 The best Host and the best location you could ask for !! We hope to be back🏝️

This is a great place to stay in Sur. Convenient for the town, clean and a beautiful view. Badar was a great host and provided clear check in instructions. Good value and recommended!

Aysha made my time in Muscat a dream--I left feeling like I'd made a true friend in Oman rather than an Airbnb host. She was always responsive and took care to check in on me everyday by text to see if I needed anything. She also was able to provide local food recommendations, shopping recommendations, answer my questions about local customs and culture, and helped me plan out my days in Oman. We even went shopping together at the Mutrah souk one night and that was the highlight of my trip! The flat was exactly as pictured and described and located a 1-minute walk from the oceanside walk. there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. Her flat was also an easy walk away from the fortress that overlooks the Corniche. The room had a comfortable bed, a couch, a mini fridge, and a full-length mirror. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. I would recommend to bring your own towel for both showering and the beach. Thank you, Aysha!

Wonderful stay! The place looks exactly as the photos show and the place was very clean overall. Comfortable bed, spacious room with many places to put your things and a nice small area to prepare your own food is exactly what we needed for our stay. The surroundings are very beautiful: mountains are very close, the neighborhood has a nice local atmosphere and you get in touch with Omanis local life. You may walk to some of the main attractions in Old Muscat and you can have some trekking experiences just starting nearby the accommodation. Mazin was always available to answer my questions and provided all the details for an easy check in. Overall, I can recommend Mazin's place without hesitation.
