Monthly Rentals in New Orleans

Perfect studio. Modern decor and amazing artwork. Loved spending time in as much as spending time out. The thoughtfullness of the host is incredibly. From umbrellas right by the door to stain removers. Previous users had left the make up removers opened so they were dry. I hope all guests treat this space as it should be treated. I am very short but even for that the host had proactively added a step ladder for the higher selves. Water and the nola monopoly were an added plus. The AC and fan were noisy but that is me being irritated with minor noise at night. The location is good. I wish I could go back. Ricky has better amenities than most of the 5 star hotels and is checking but discreetly on your stay.

Found a great place to stay in NOLA for the Super Bowl and was quite fortunate to find it at this time. Mike is a great host, super communicative and extremely helpful. Loved the beads and the king cake! Arabi is just a quick 15 minutes or so drive to the New Orleans downtown area and was super accessible. Area felt super safe & secure for late night arrival and to walk around in which is a plus. Neat little find, definitely check it out!

Place is exactly like described!! It’s a quant little place and perfect for my husband and me. The host team was really good at responding and treated us with the best of Southern hospitality!! We even had an issue arise and they went above and beyond to help us out. Will definitely book again!!

Stayed here for 2.5 months and it was great! Dani and Keith are great hosts and were always quick to respond to my questions. The house is one block away from an amazing neighborhood with great restaurants, cafes, and bars. Crescent park is a great way to spend the evening and get a glimpse of the sunset and skyline. I always felt safe, and there was no loud noise or anything ever. Convenient drive to anywhere in the city, and a lot of it was bikeable too. Place was exactly as described. Comfy, funky, and well stocked. I didn’t need to buy a single kitchen gadget cause this home literally has everything you could need. The backyard was really nice for my pup and was always maintained by a lawn service. An easy 5 stars. Would love to come back someday.
