The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

We stayed with Renato for a week with five adults and felt very comfortable. It was a lot of space, everything was very clean and well prepared. You felt right at home. There is no living area, but large bedrooms with sofa and air conditioning. Especially the outdoor area with pool, sunbeds and large garden are simply brilliant. Renato is super friendly, gave us many, very good tips for the area and was generally easily accessible. An absolute recommendation and a big thank you again to Renato.

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were in 5 masks to visit to see the race of the covid climbing Castelmonte, the convenient location to reach the track and once we returned after the race we felt in paradise, a beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a table great for alfresco dinners. We will definitely be back highly recommended.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing the darts in the garden shed and the recommended excursion destinations.

Lorella was so welcoming. Very bright and bubbly personality which is very refreshing when checking in. She has been one of the nicest and accomodating hosts we have experienced. The property was immaculate, I really can’t fault it. For the price of the accomodation this really is a stand out. Garden is very well maintained and the house is beautiful. Had a great time with the grandkids for an overnite stay before heading off to the Adriatic coast. We were greeted by Tomi's dad for a smooth check in and Tomi was super responsive to any question we had. Nice quiet place with incredible surroundings!

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

We stayed in Urška's accommodation for a week with 12 people. She provided the entire accommodation (i.e. all four flats), although we would have had enough space in three of the flats. That was very positive because we had so much space. Urška's accommodation was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We felt very comfortable! At the time of our stay it was winter and we mainly went hiking in the surrounding area and also spent a day in Ljubljana. Everything was easy to reach by car, which can be parked directly at the accommodation without any problems. There are also several places to eat close to the accommodation, which are also within walking distance. The stay was great without any restrictions!

We were very satisfied with the place from the beginning, everything was very clean and tidy! The only criticism is the bed in the bedroom, which is very noisy when you turn. Patrik has a very dear mom, who has often provided us with homemade cakes and liqueur. He also has a lovely shepherd! We will be happy to come back! Regards, Thomas

very nice private accommodation in the middle of fields by the main Road. The house was clean, there was quick communication with the owner, and everything went according to the agreement. The air conditioning was great, which we used to do when we were gone, and the bedroom was so nice. Everything is modern and cozy. I recommend repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the garden. thank you for everything.

Let's start by saying that we had a very good time (September 1-18). The house is as described, comfortable has all the needs. Dear Mr. Viviana with all the clear information. We especially thank her mother, Mr. Danila, who was waiting for us as a true mistress. Maniago is very nice, everything and a distance that you then walk, about 5 minutes from downtown. We can only recommend it.

The house is amazing! Perfect for group. It has all amenities you need during your stay. It’s a house with a long history and very special atmosphere inside. Elfi, the host is very hospitable and will help you with every problem. Strong recommendation.

The house itself was immaculate and hosts could not have done a better job. Location OK but you wouldn't go there without a car. Arba itself hasn't got much but is only 20 minutes or less from St Danielle, Spillingbergo, Maniago, Travesio and the Dolomite foothills which all have much more to offer. Bit hard to comment on price as not much to compare to. I did have an alternative in Travesio at half the price but it was also one room short of what we needed. Only negative was the lack of air conditioning. Climate has changed and if you're going mid summer air conditioning is a must. The one fan in the house didn't help much!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Excellent for serious hiking and good access to Soca valley and amenities. Lovely outdoor seating and eating area. Good opportunities for wildlife spotting. We arrived in the dark and a light was on inside with windows open so the house was full of insects. Not a problem for us but might be for others. Some essentials like toilet roll which was listed was not provided. The oven requires the stove to be lit so not ideal in warm weather. No iron found and no upstairs sockets. However, these were minor deviations from the listing and we loved our stay. Sadly other reviews mentioned swimming in the river but after the dry summer there was no river or swimming accessible by foot. Our email said check out 11:00 but the cleaner arrived just after 10 and we had a call saying it was 10:00. Hopefully that will be sorted for future guests so the information sent matches the expectations of the host. Road up was not as bad as other reviewers suggest.
