Perfect for a vacation, you can quickly reach the coast on foot, me and my family will be happy to come back. Coffee was there, fresh towels. We were able to cook Carbonnara with fresh guanciale from the not far away Famila Superstore, and the kitchen had everything with us, pan, pots...and all the stuff. Bathrooms were clean and warm water even for a warm shower after a long walk . Giovanni's mom is very loving, and even if she doesn't understand English, you can understand each other. There is parking both in front of the house aif the street but you can also park inside. There is air conditioning that was not really needed outside at 8 degrees because it was warm inside.

I wanted to thank Mrs. Fabiola for her courtesy, kindness and availability. Unfortunately, the other tenants and I had to check in around 7:30 pm for work reasons and Mrs. Fabiola was also very helpful for this reason. The super cozy house is really clean, really a beautiful apartment. Also, when I sent the booking request, it was immediately accepted in just under halfanhour. I absolutely recommend this apartment. You will not regret it even for a value speech.
