Very nice and well received by Geertje. Taken to the last detail, you really don't have to think about anything to bring extra. Lovely beds and a good shower. if we need to be in the neighborhood again, we will definitely come back!!

We stayed here for five weeks and really enjoyed the apartment. Diana was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was tidy and airy, with plenty of space and lots of natural light. A large and nice kitchen made it easy to cook too. With a short way to the city center and to the parks nearby, the apartment is perfectly located! We also really appreciated easy parking right outside the front door.

We spent New Year's Eve in the house and had a nice and quiet time. For dog owners, that fireworks can be heard in the distance and also during the day in the area while walking, but is doable with closed doors and windows and music. We did not use the upper floor due to the steep stairs. Otherwise, we didn't miss anything and we felt comfortable :)

I have a special connection with the village of Berltsum, because here is a piece of family history. My aunt Dieuwke van der Meij lived there. She had diabetes, a disease that occurs in my family. It already took me to Marleen's airbnb in 2018, where I could work in peace on the book that describes the course and the impact of the disease in my family. Following a lecture on diabetes, which I was invited to, I booked with Marleen again, as it is a familiar and good address. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the metamorphosis the airbnb had undergone after my last visit in 2021. A practical and cozy location where you can have a good time, even in the winter months when it freezes outside. We got an extra stove and it also made sure it was pleasant to stay in this beautiful airbnb with stunning views. Repeatable!
