Top-notch place: it's even better than how it looks in the photos! The apartment is very large, modern, clean, and well-furnished. The 80 bus stop is 2 minutes away, so it's pretty easy to get around, and there are also lots of new establishments popping up in that area. If you need anything, Abdo is very responsive and helpful. He purchased a new mattress topper for the bed when I found that the mattress was a little too stiff. I'd definitely stay here again! Also, if you're there over the summer, there's an AC which works very well, which isn't always common in Montreal.

We stayed in Colette's beautiful place for 2 months for work. The place was spotless, warm, had a host of amenities and close to all essential services. Colette was an exceptional host always available for our questions. We highly recommend her place and would not hesitate to plan another stay at her place if the opportunity arises. Nice experience in the apartment for the family, 5 minutes from the metro station, supermarket and coffee shops. It's well equipped, the two fans were very helpful for the hot days. I recommend.

I stayed for over 3 months and enjoyed every moment. Vlad and Sara made me feel welcome directly and were always helpful. The location is perfect: the best possible location, close to public transport, parc mont royal and downtown is also closeby. The apartment is clean and modern and has everything I needed.
