What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

The place is comfortable, the location is good, the host was friendly and answered questions quickly. They asked me to bring salt, half an hour later I was already at the door. Clean, air conditioning, comfortable balcony. I recommend it!

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a magnificent garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

best place to live in Fathiye, lovely host.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

The host, Mr. Kamil and Ms. Havva, were as close as a phone call and interested in any of your needs or requests. The place to stay was both a private and safe neighborhood. In general, the house had all kinds of equipment to meet your daily needs. If you are traveling with your private vehicle, you can relax more about transportation.

Everything was considered until the arrival of refreshments in the refrigerator, disposable hotel slippers, shampoo conditioner in the bathroom. The host was very helpful and very professional with everything. This is the first time we've seen an airbnb so clean. Everything was brand new and complete.(There was a smart TV, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) The amenities and location of the house were incredible. It was 3 minutes drive to the marina. In short, we were very satisfied with everything. We didn't have any trouble with anything. You can go with your eyes closed. If we could visit Gocek again, it was definitely a place we would prefer again.

The host helped us rent a car, solved all the small problems and we went to check in. The road is beautiful, mountains, quiet terrain, fresh air and beautiful views. The house is lovely, has everything you need, swimming pools, sauna, beautiful views and silence. An ideal place for those who want to enjoy nature and silence from the hustle and bustle of the city.

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed so far . Everything is as described. Magical place to relax and unwind. The whole house has a meditative, positive and calming vibe. Enjoy, the beautiful sunset on the terrace with a glass of wine or the panoramic views of Kabak Bay. The host Nazim is great he is always around to help. I highly recommend this place. From day one great communication no problems getting to the Villa where we was greeted by Ulas who speaks English, lovely home and pool everything we needed was there, immaculate pool cleaned early everyday. We also was given a taxi number by the host very reliable and honest taxi driver was excellent for our 14 nights. Will need a taxi or vehicle to get to Calas Beach just down the road.

The space as well as the hosts were just perfect. Everything looks like the photos, very modern and clean villa for a wonderful time in Fethiye. Ms. Elif was especially available 24/7 and recommended every request. Many Danl for a great stay.

Excellent stay experience!

There were four of us at the accommodation. The place was very clean and exceeded our expectations beyond our expectations. Everything was super nice and very private. The hosts were so sweet and helpful. For German standards, the accommodation was very upscale, luxurious and lovingly furnished. Everything is available in kitchen and the electrical appliances were all clean and new. The bedrooms were both air-conditioned. The space was nicer than the pictures in the ad.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. My family and I had an excellent stay, comfortable, clean and super spacious, the pool was clean, I would come back. If you come to Fethye, I recommend this villa.✔️✔️

The images do not do the house justice. As you drive through the forest for a few minutes towards the house you are surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The house is within a secure fenced off part of the mountain with massive electric gates. There were always at least 2 of the kindest most gentle helpful men around the property ( they stay in the villa behind you - you never see them as there villa is set back, but they are literally a call away and are only too happy to order taxi open the gates for friends or organise anything, as too is the pool cleaner. We didn’t hire a car taxis are cheap. They had the cutest, quietest Pomeranian dog that my 4 daughters fell in love with. The staff were amazing - the house is beyond beautiful. Literally a James Bond house - what the images don’t explain is the fact that you are in the middle of a mountain. The energy and peace that the property offers in the vast mountain and wonderful home set in the pine forest - see you next year

This was a stunningly beautiful setting to stay. The outdoor space/view is wonderful to wake up to and to watch the ever changing light into the evening. Swimming each day surrounded by the mountains was fantastic. Furkan was on hand for any questions too and very supportive/helpful. If you want to escape somewhere beautiful this is the place.

We really liked the apartment! Everything is clean, there are necessary things for your stay: bed linen, towels, all utensils, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tablets, TV with YouTube. There are 3 balconies, the apartment is quiet, you can't hear the neighbors and the street. The host of the apartment is very friendly and responsive, helped with check-in, allowed to check in early) The only caveat that can be mentioned is a 40-minute walk to the sea

Since they knew the weather was cold, the area was also cold, they kept the air conditioning on in the house, the house was warm when we arrived, it was a really immaculate and comfortable house, thank you, we will definitely go again!
