Anita met me at the condo and took me from entering the lobby and elevator All thru the lovely condo and even to the assigned parking spot. She responded immediately when I needed to reach out. There was also security in the building which I was comfortable with. Location right on the beach was exactly what I needed. I was there for two months and was delighted to be able to stay there. I would definitely book with Anita again.

What an amazing Airbnb! An amazing home, an amazing location, & an amazing host!! It’s a pleasant walk to the beach! There are a number of great restaurants and coffee places nearby as well! The home is perfect and has everything you could want as well as a lovely outdoor space which was so nice to hangout in. Will definitely be rebooking when we return to San Diego. The perfect Airbnb. Definitely book!

Worth the stay! well located to all! Gas lamp, Balboa, Airport, Harbor, Fort Rosecrans (the most scenic view in southern California) LaJolla, Torrey Pines, UCSD, Kate Sessions park and many beaches. Hosts Friendly, responsive and patient. Response to TV replacement and shower was less than 12 hr. to repair. Text and calls for details and advice were timely! Minutes! Close to Trader Joes, Pet Smart, Restaurants, parks. Apartment is appropriately sized for two adults plus a 1-2 s children. I worked remotely and found the space bright and quiet. I would recommend bringing a multiple outlet extension cord.
