A beautiful vacation in four plus a dog. The house is beautiful! Under the pine forest three minutes from the beach. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other two with two comfortable beds each. Two bathrooms with shower one inside and one on the outside of the house, then there is also a third shower outside. But the highlight of the house is the kitchen outside! Very comfortable under a beautiful porch. We also had the chance to test it in the rain and I have to say that the beautiful and new porch has kept it great! There's plenty of space outside, all fenced in, where our dog was able to roam freely. We found the house super clean! While we were there, the gas cylinder for cooking ended and the owner Alessandro intervened quickly to replace it, really an exquisite person where he gave us so many tips both on where to go to dinner outside and where to shop. The only thing is the dishes that are a little dated. We recommend this house to everyone!

Roberta is an incredible host. From the first second, I felt like I was visiting a long-forgotten cousin. Roberta picked me up from the bus stop and gave me a little introduction to the apartment, the area and local specialties. Even during the stay, Roberta was always quick to reach and proactively accommodating with excursion tips and information on local conditions. I was even lent a bicycle, which I very much appreciated due to the few hundred meters distance to the beach and village. The location was excellent for me, but requires a little enjoyment of movement, so that the distance to the sea is not considered tedious. All in all, a great stay with a great hostess. The apartment was pleasant and equipped with everything important, including sea views when waking up.

We stayed with two people between July 20 - August 03. The house is great for two people: comfortable double bed located in the lower staircase, air conditioning that keeps the living room cool where the bed is located, equipped kitchen, very spacious bathroom and shower, private laundry room with sink and washing machine. Great private underground garage for a parking space just a short walk from the apartment. Rocky beach across the street, sandy beach a 10-minute walk from the house. Cristina, the owner, is very helpful and very accurate in all her directions: both before our arrival and during our stay. We had a small problem with the air conditioning and, in a few minutes, he assisted us by arriving directly at home. Exquisite person and very available to indicate places of interest in the area (beaches, restaurants, cities to visit, specialties, shops, etc...) and with response times to messages practically in real time.

This place is magical. When you enter his driveway, it’s like going back to a movie where you have a long row of cypress trees over you then you come to his house, OMG, loved it. Drive around to the back & you will your lodge. Your are surrounded by figs, almonds & olive trees! Umberto & Anastasia have wonderful home here, looking forward to coming back.
