Monthly Rentals in Pago Bay

This is a great place to stay near NH Guam. There’s a mall very close by with a bunch of food/shopping options. Perfect place for a long term stay - he has everything you could need!

I felt like I was coming to a close friend. Becky kindly guided us and made us feel at home. He also lent me snorkel equipment, gave me a blanket in case it was cold, and gave me a cold medicine. There was a separate refrigerator for guests, so I used it comfortably, and I made a lot of meals at home. The bathroom and room are also superclean. They made it possible to make pleasant memories in Guam ~

I was supposed to stay at another location, but due to a change in my travel plans, I needed to checkin a day later. Dina relocated me to a larger unit that was closer to her own base so she could assist in a real early morning checkin. Unit was very nice in a quiet complex, 2 bedrooms (I only used one), an equipped functional kitchen and bathroom, and a living room with comfortable furniture and cable TV. Dining room table could seat six. 3 A/C units that worked very well. Unit had a designated parking space. Except when the kids went to school, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, the kids were well behaved. Even though the rental was further from a business I was dealing with, the switch was an upgrade. Only hiccup was the checkout instructions came too late, so I cleaned the kitchen, took out the garbage and tidied up the unit. I hope that it was sufficient. My experience was good, and if I am ever in Guam I would not hesitate to rent from Dina again.

Joy is pleasant and responsive. Easy to work with and helpful. The tiny house is cute, comfortable, and in a good location- close to the beach, shopping, and anything you need. Thank you!
