We had a really wonderful experience at Misty mountains. Our hosts Madhur and Ambika and their team were very thoughtful and pleasure to speak to. Food was simple yet really delicious. Mr. Mathura is flexible, but he doesn't stay there. His place is managed by house keeping staff, well kept. Pannchachuli and other peaks are there right infront of you. highly recommend for a couple of days. Workketion can't be done as no Wify. ( But 4G works). Food choices are limited, good home made food, but very expensive. No market place to go arround. An Advice: Only experienced riders/drivers can drive on such terrain to reach the property. Once you are inside the property, you will love it. I booked for 3 days, but coyld only stay for 2 days, my bad.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pankhola, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality by Shankarji and his wife who made me feel right at home. The location is simply breathtaking — surrounded by lush greenery. Waking up to the sound of birds was truly magical. The homestay itself was clean, cozy, and with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the home-cooked food. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with local ingredients, giving me a true taste of the region. Thanks to Nishita's mother who is a great cook and always in a smiling face. Shankarji also shared some wonderful local tips,helping me explore hidden trail. Overall, Pankhola is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking peace, nature, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape in the hills. Also I have started planning for my next visit to this place.
