We had a wonderful stay at The Barn. Penny was a fantastic host welcoming us with homemade bread and scones and eggs from her chickens. The Barn was warm and welcoming and incredibly comfortable and Penny was on hand to help us with any requests. We could not recommend staying here enough. Thank you Penny!

a wonderful place to explore Harrogate and it's surroundings. a wonderful host with timely and helpful information. we came with friends from Ireland who loved Harrogate and what it had to offer so impressed with the old coach house. we would highly recommend it to others.

We chose the cottage because of its midway location between two sets of family, as well as its proximity to Harrogate, York & Leeds. We enjoyed being tucked away in a quiet lane yet close to the local pub. The cottage was everything we needed for a short break, and it was beautifully clean & well presented. We also slept incredibly well, which was a bonus. We would definitely choose this cottage again for a future stay.

This was a fantastic place to stay. it was central to Harrogate on a lovely quiet street. The accommodation was immaculate with a massive, comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and the complimentary Yorkshire tea a lovely bonus. Jo was also lovely and responsive to messages; we arrived early and, after a quick message, we were able to check-in early. The guidebook was a great help and made our whole stay stree-free.
