Monthly Rentals in Paradise Falls

I would like to thank Tim and April for being such great hosts. This is a great Airbnb and I would certainly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Thousand Oaks area and beyond. Property was great, easy to find, clean, along with all amenities provided I couldn’t ask for anything more during my stay. Tim was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay making my time there a lot more pleasant. Location is great along with a friendly neighborhood. As stated previously I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thanks Tim and April for such a wonderful stay! Hopefully I will see you again!

Had a wonderful time staying at Andrew‘s studio. Super peaceful and close to town, but also feels like you are tucked away. The layout is nice. As well as the communication was great. Our stay in Westlake Village was terrific!

We needed a place to stay in transition between homes and this really fit our needs. We liked the flow of the space, from the balcony connecting the bedroom and the living room to the kitchen. We didn't utilize the pool or gym, but this is a great bonus. We didn't completely use the kitchen, but it had what you need. The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants, Whole Foods is right across the street as well. Julie was very friendly however the response time was rather slow (i'm sure there are many listings that she is responsible for). This is something I recommend the team improves for upcoming guests. Overall, a great stay and we would recommend :)

This Airbnb has exactly everything you need; you can tell there was so much attention to detail when creating the space for guests! The room is bigger than the pictures reveal. Kenneth and Larissa are wonderful hosts! I’ve stayed there twice and highly recommend! It is the safe haven I needed during a turbulent time!
