Great home! It is located close to the city of Argostoli and has amazing views to the harbor. We had a lovely time at Anesis and would definitely recommend staying here. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and fast. The house was in great condition with new furniture and very clean. The provided amenities such as the washing machine and fully equiped kitched made our stay even better. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with a few bottles of water, juice and even a nice bottle of wine. There were also cookies and biscuits along with jam left for us! Marinos and Maria were super helpful and gave us some recommendations on the beaches to visit as well as some restaurants in the area.

Dear Sissy and Thomas, We can't thankyou enough for your hospitality, the conversations, the tips, the amazing cooking skills, the details in 'Il Giardino', everything was amazing! Definitely the best hosts we have ever had and the most amazing place to stay in when you're in Kefalonia. For everyone who is considering Il Giardino, don't think, book! You won't regret a minute! The garden and view on the ocean is amazing! The place is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need and if not Sissy is there to provide it. You don't have any importunity from the airport. The drive to Argostoli is about 10minutes. You do definitely need a rental car if you want to explore Kefalonia and feel free.

Dimitris was really helpful right from the start with great communication regarding check in and clear indirections. I was able to check in early which was really helpful and during some of my stay I was working remotely with my laptop, Dimitris was really helpful regarding queries I had with the wifi and always responded very quickly. Was a great experience start to finish, would definitely recommend to others! I was also able to have a late check out due to bad weather which made me journey home much smoother.

Stefanos was a fantastic host, always responsive and ensuring we had a great holiday. The previous guests used body oils in the pool which made the water cloudy, and Stefanos immediately got a pool specialist team on the case to resolve and was crystal clear again within 24hrs. Pro-actively managing problems like this is testament to his focus on ensuring a great experience for his guests, and why I highly recommended booking. The 5 min walk to the quiet beach is fantastic for sunsets. You will need a car for shops/restaurants, but all a short drive away. If you are not a confident driver try and avoid hiring a large SUV as you will have fun for the last minute of the drive to access the villa. Its a very narrow single lane road with buildings both sides and few passing places. Cars will 100% meet you to negotiate the path to and from the beach :) Overall highly recommended!
