Monthly Rentals in Parkersburg

Kristina’s place had everything you need to cook meals should you want, although there were great restaurants all around the area in walking distance. Wonderful AirBNB stay! Loved the location!!!

Jessica and Brent are great hosts. They were attentive to our concerns and gave quick and accurate responses. The place is very clean and organized with appropriate air conditioning according to the season. Its location is very convenient if you need to do some shopping, whether it be for clothes or groceries, since it is quite close to some stores for the purpose, you can even walk if you want to stretch your legs or take a walk, since the area is quite safe and quiet. I would definitely rent that place again if I ever need to.

Overall it was a great stay. It had all the amenities that were listed, Was a great and cozy space, with a very responsive host. Would love to stay again!!

Denise and her staff at 228 Spaces were very friendly! Any issues or questions I had they were always quick to respond and help. The location is very convenient and centralized. I stayed for 3 during a work assignment and I would stay there again!
