Monthly Rentals in Parlascio

This apartment was very beautifully decorated, clean with high ceilings. Perfect for my stay there with my 2 dogs for a small extra fee. It is easily walkable to the main square, the terme and some nice restaurants. I strongly recommend this place! I also had no trouble at all finding a parking spot, just be careful as most small town Italian streets are somewhat narrow :)

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful people. We expressed interest in buying oil… they took the trouble to contact a local producer and provide us with the contact. Very nice solution. Ideal for a couple with children. For 4 adults a little less… but they were also transparent about this and immediately reported the limit (only bathroom with access from the bedroom). Highly recommended.

Very characteristic place, wonderful bathroom with huge shower. It should be remembered that this is a very old structure, so perhaps not suitable for those looking for (too) modern accommodations. In any case, the technological equipment is up to date. Daria was always available, responsive and resolute. I would go back.
