Tim was a great host and the cottage we had was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend Tim’s cottages.

What can I say! This was our first experience of air B&B so wasn’t sure but this venue far exceeded expectations. It was immaculately clean and loads of small additions which while unexpected was lovely. The welcome folder was a brilliant touch especially around the history of the farm and the offer of a tour with a bit of notice. Then finally sitting on the decking with a glass of wine listening to the birds chirping what better wind down can you ask for. We definitely will be back without a shadow of a doubt as this was by far one of the nicest places we’ve ever visited as a couple for a wind down holiday and it’s literally almost on our doorstep. Thank you again for a wonderful recharge and look forward to staying again soon. Mike & Lisa x

We had a very comfortable stay in this modern, clean, well equipped accommodation. We appreciated the thoughtful extras - groceries, toiletries etc. A lovely peaceful location with good walks close by and within easy striking distance of Chester and other tourist attractions. Jane and Steve were great hosts, welcoming and helpful.

Had a lovely week in Adele’s beautiful studio, it had everything we needed & our two dogs loved the big garden & the many walks in the area. Lovely outlook over the fields, very relaxing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
