Monthly Rentals in Pedregal

Really enjoyed our stay at San Angel‘s. The host was very responsive and gor back to us within minutes. The place is close to the harbour which allows for nice walks and easy access to tours to several places. We felt very safe in this neigbourhood and walking at night was no problem. There are cafes and supermarkets close. Would definitley come back if the opportunity arises.

Couldnt ask for a better location as we had plenty of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance from the condo. We often walked to the marina and Pedregal Beach for exercise. The condo was spotless when we checked in and we opted for weekly maid service which was fantastic. We used the hot tub and steam room almost everyday which was a huge plus for us. The expansive view over the city is such a cool backdrop. Luxury was always quick to answer questions and address any of the little issues that would arise. We were there for over 6 weeks and I would return in an instant. It’s quite an uphill climb back to the condo from town but we enjoyed it. Ubers are readily available if you’re not into walking. Pedregal Beach was amazing for sunsets and because there’s hardly any people or vendors. Something to consider is that the building is not well insulated for noise. Road traffic can be loud during the day but was never an issue for us. Highly recommend this place!

Mariel’s place was perfect in every way. It was even better than the photos described. It was. Dry. Lean inside with all dishes and kitchen items you would need as well as a stunning courtyard that had a pool (with plenty of shaded areas if you don’t want to be in the full sun). The location was perfect and walkable to anywhere downtown Cabo (5 minutes to the main tourist sections). I would definitely stay here next time I visit Cabo.

We loved our stay at this spacious apartment in Torre María above Pedregal! The view over the harbor, city, and Pacific is absolutely stunning. The living room is flooded with natural light. It’s a pretty quiet part of Cabo, and the rooftop is perfect for relaxing. We spent countless hours there, especially after the hosts installed a tarp for extra shade. The hosts were incredibly attentive, checking in now and then to see how we were doing. The Starlink internet was speedy at 150/17 Mbps, as long as the clouds weren’t too heavy. This condo boasts an extra-large hot water tank and an amazing convection oven. While Amazon deliveries had some issues, Rappi, Uber Eats, Chedraui, Walmart, and Uber all found the apartment without a hitch. Very warm recommendation.
