Great place overall with tons of amenities provided by the host! Very nice feel inside. Comfortable bed. Convenient sofa pull-out sleeper. The walls seem to be a little thin so you could hear the person in the unit above opening drawers, dropping things, walking, and talking at times. Loved being on the backside of the building with big trees, on the first level, and in an end unit. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I needed to!

I booked Karen’s place for my plan to attend a Penn State football game. It was comfortable and clean. It felt like home. Communication was perfect. I had peace of mind the entire time which was helpful as I did not know the area. Highly recommended.

My husband and I enjoyed our getaway in the woods very much! It was exactly what we were looking for and expected. The home was clean and had all the basics needed - kitchen supplies, including basic spices, coffee/tea, sugar... bathroom has shampoo & conditioner, which most places don't provide and I feel like is a nice touch. The cabin is very welcoming. Loved the art supplies and simple games available. The outdoors are beautiful. The place is quiet & private, but still close enough to neighbors and very close to things to do in the area (lots of nature activities within 30ish min driving, wineries, and small towns with restaurants.) Very lovely stay!
